Ladera Oaks invites you to consider our Get Acquainted Program (GAP). It’s a great way for your family to experience the many benefits of a Ladera Oaks membership – our top-notch programs, beautiful facilities, and warm family-friendly community.
Program Highlights
- GAP participants enjoy full membership privileges (except voting and serving on the Board) for an individual or couple and their dependent children younger than 24 years of age. **
- The GAP term is one month. (You can start mid-month.)
- GAP participation is a once-per-family offer for those who have not experienced Ladera Oaks through previous membership and cannot be repeated.
- The participation fee is $300. There is no initiation fee. Limited number of GAP Memberships available. Price subject to change.
- Participation in organized programs and activities (including Swim Team, Masters, Jr. Tennis, USTA, lessons, clinics, social events, etc.) is at additional cost. GAP participation fees are the same as those charged Proprietary Members.
- If you purchase a Proprietary Membership within 30 days of the end of the GAP term, your $300 GAP participation fee will be applied to payment of your initiation fee. Otherwise, the Club will retain your participation fee.
How to Sign Up
- Take a 30-45 minute facility tour with the Club Manager.
- Submit a membership application and a $100 application fee, which will be applied to the GAP participation fee. If your application is not accepted, the $100 application fee will be refunded.
- Receive an invitation to join.
- Return the subscription agreement with payment of the balance of the participation fee ($200).
**Certain activities, such as some USTA tennis teams, may be filled to capacity.
