At Ladera Oaks, the Fitness Center overlooks beautiful Los Trancos Creek. The high-vaulted ceiling and full-length windows frame a spacious area where you can work out on state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength-training equipment in a low-key, relaxed environment that is WiFi enabled.
The Ladera Oaks Fitness Center is open from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and during the summer till 9:30 p.m. You can schedule your workout to socialize with friends, or during the quiet hours when you can enjoy some “just for me” time.
The friendly, skilled fitness staff provides a quick and helpful orientation for teens
and adult members who plan to use the facilities.

Ladera Oaks Fitness Director, brings great enthusiasm and a wealth of experience to her role. She has a strong background in kinesiology, exercise science and nutrition, and has taught at Harvard and Stanford. Elizabeth enjoys teaching a wide array of classes including Zumba, body conditioning, aqua aerobics, spinning, jazz dance, and yoga. As a personal trainer, she draws upon current medical thought and a wide variety of conditioning techniques to meet client goals. Variety and progression are two strong themes in her training programs.
