Your teenagers are welcome in the gym at Ladera.
Our certified training experts know that young bodies require special training techniques, and they will show your teen how to train both safely and effectively.
Safe Start – for Ages 13-15
The fitness experts at Ladera have designed a program specifically to introduce teens ages 13-15 to the gym. One of our certified fitness professionals will spend an hour with your teenager, tailoring a program that is safe and effective, taking into account that their body is still growing and their muscles are still developing. Then, your teen can access the gym with you, as your workout partner.
Independence Program – for Ages 16 – 18
Older teens can access the gym on their own, and one of our certified fitness professionals will design a workout program to help them train safely to meet their specific goals.
