Group Excercise Class


Have fun while you build strength in our group exercise and conditioning classes. 


Choose your favorite, from Aerobics to Zumba, conveniently scheduled during morning and evening hours throughout the week. For something really different, try an interdepartmental wellness class, where the swimming coaches and tennis pros team up with the fitness staff to offer you a fun and challenging exercise experience.
