Build and train your muscles with a wide selection of free weights, Body Masters and Maxicam equipment. Our equipment has been selected for effective and efficient strength workouts - on your own or with one of our Personal Trainers. If you are new to strength training, we can guide you safely into a program. Our staff can help you achieve your goals and avoid injury.
While we are particularly supportive of tennis players and swimmers, many of our members enjoy success in athletic endeavors further afield – like climbing Kilimanjaro, running the Big Sur Marathon and hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. Regular strength training not only feels good, it helps all your life’s activities!
