The swim staff can teach you the techniques for achieving speed in the water, and the fitness staff can tailor a program to have you at your peak strength and endurance for your event.


Best of all, because Ladera Oaks is surrounded by trails for cycling and hiking, the club is your “one-stop shop” for triathlon training. You can start with a swim, then bike and run on the trails, and return to the club to shower and relax.
