Group Exercise Classes

Friendly classmates and competitors maintain your motivation and encourage achievement of your fitness goals. Ladera Oaks fitness staff designs activities that build and sustain your motivation for fitness through a variety of incentive programs and social support. Connect with other members through fitness challenges and cross training workshops, while you explore the latest ideas in sports conditioning and human performance.
 

Wellness Workshops

Healthy Cooking Classes

What better way to make new friends, or gather with old friends than sharing food? Come along on a culinary adventure, where our fitness staff put on chef’s aprons and show you how to please your palate and whittle your waist. You’ll learn the secrets of preparing healthy food that is delicious, gorgeous, and quick-to-fix. To join a sociable, informative class, contact the Fitness Center staff. Bon appetit!
 

Triathlon Training

Nothing creates stronger bonds of friendship than working towards a common goal.
Have you decided it’s time to take up the challenge of a triathlon? Bravo for you!  Now, let the Ladera Oaks fitness professionals help you prepare for it. Build friendships with other members who share your goal while you build your strength and confidence. The swim staff can teach you the techniques for achieving speed in the water, and the fitness staff can tailor a program to have you at your peak strength and endurance for your event.
