Ladera Oaks involves your whole family – including your teenagers – in our fitness center. Our certified training experts know that young bodies require special training techniques, and they will show your teens how to train both safely and effectively.
Safe Start – for Ages 13-15
We have a fitness center introduction program specifically geared for teenagers 13-15 years old. One of our fitness professionals will spend an hour with your son or daughter, tailoring a program that is safe and effective, taking into account that their bodies are still growing and their muscles are still developing. Then, your teen can access the gym with you, as your workout partner.
Independence Program – for Ages 16-18
Older teens are free to access the fitness center on their own. If needed, we are available to help them design a workout program that meets their specific goals.
