Member Login Instructions

We have currently updated our website and as a result, all members will need to re-register in order to access the members only area.

Here's how you do it:

Primary acount holders: Click on the Member Registration link and enter your Member Number, First Name and Last Name as they appear on your account statement.

Important: All member numbers for our website are now 5 digits.  You must enter a zero (0) before your member number.  For those having a 3 digit member number you will need to add two zeros (00).

Example 01234 or 00123.

For secondary account holders: Enter a capital "A" after your member number.

In addition, you will need to come into the administration office to have your hand entered into the hand-reader.  This will take place of using a key to open the Fitness Center and Spa door.

 

This hand-reader reads numerous points on the back of your hand and in no way will affect your identity.

 

If your child has completed the independence program he/she will also need to come in for their hand to be entered into the system.

 

We also would like to take your picture at the same time for our database.  This will be for in-house purposes only.

 

The office will be open Mon-Fri from 9:00-5:00 and Saturdays 9:00-3:00.  Come by the office at your earliest convenience to complete this process. 

 

When we have completed this process you will receive an email changing from key access to hand-reader access.
